[mythtv] setting priority for preview window in program guide

I am trying to get it so that the preview window won't skip or pause when
going through the program guide.  I was thinking setting the priority
higher for the preview window (although it may be an issues as it doesn't
seem like that is handled by a separate child process, but I could be
wrong).  I guess I could set the priority lower on the process handling
the rest of the guide stuff and that may work too.

Any ideas on implementing this?  I just peaked at the code and didn't see
anything too obvious.  Could someone point me in the right direction as
far as filenames/functions go?  I wouldn't mind hacking away at it a bit,
but I don't want to spend too much time on it.
