[mythtv] Preparing for 0.12

Hi Isaac,

	Here is the dump output of DDD (gdb) running with backend exit when access
via MythWeb by selecting "Recorded Program" link. It look like the backend
exit when it couldn't find a program codec...
	There is not backtrace since the backend didn't find a proper codec and
just issue "exit(0)"...
