[mythtv] Splicing part of one recording into another

I've had the same problem - with no easy solution found...  Certain TV stations in my city appear to have made the decision to run overtime on purpose, which of course screws up the recording of 2 programs on the same channel scheduled one after the other.

This would be my preference - that MythTV was able to honour both the post-record interval, and the pre-record interval for both of the scheduled programs.

hehe - just noticed this...  I also live in Aus - Ch 9 sucks big time for their scheduling of Enterprise....  They never seem to start on time and I always miss the last xx minutes - really peeves me..
