[mythtv] Any plans to add eye candy?

Hello all,

I've recently seen the new Windows XP Media Center Edition software.  I know that some people are big fans of eye candy and some aren't.  I'm wondering if anybody has any plans to add some of the spiffy animations like MCE does or for that matter Tivo does with it's animations in the background.  

What would this entail?  Would it be a lot of work to add to the existing architecture?
