[mythtv] Bringing it all together...

Hi Thor,

does this also include a more consistent way of handling user input? (no
hardcoded keys in each of the modules for example)

Because if so I'll put on hold the ideas that were on my TODO list to
fix that, no use both of us doing the same thing.
