Just applied this, thanks.  And thanks for sending it to the ffmpeg people as 
well, that'll save me time later on when it comes time to update my local 
copy of all that stuff.  =)

How's the pchdtv support coming, anyway?  I know there's some issues with 
seeking, and likely the ringbuffer could use some tuning for it, but that's 
all stuff that's going to have to be fixed by someone who actually has one of 
the cards.
