[mythtv] MythGame maintainer

Not really problems. I have 4 games, on 2 platforms, across 3 years, and with 
3 genres. The MythGame choooser screen looks very similar to the one used to 
choose saved TV recordings, but...

It seems that to choose a sub-category, it is necessary to cursor-right twice. 
Once to get into the list, and then once again for the list to be moved into 
the left-hand selector pane. This feels clunky, as when the cursor is in the 
right-hand pane, you select an item, but do not move on to selecting the 
sub-category... You are still making a selection of the same thing (Hard to 
explain)

Also, when in the right-hand pane, the highlight of the selected item is 
different to that seen elsewhere in MythTV, and is not particularly clear. 
That (I assume) could be fixed in the XML?

(Not too picky I hope!)

If someone does feel like patching this up (I'll still have a stab if it comes 
down to it) I am more than happy to check out the results.
