[mythtv] Best practice to install mythtv cvs in Gentoo

It isn't a good idea if I want to mantain world dependecies of the 
system or if I want to uninstall the package in the future.

I don't see why you would need to do that.   Just compile and install like
the instructions say.   That's what I do.
