FYI, I think I'm going to rename the two SetTextByRegexp() methods to
just SetText().  Functionality won't change though.  The 'ByRegexp' doesn't
need to be in the name.  Currently there are OSD::SetTextByRegexp() and
LayerSet::SetTextByRegexp().
