[mythtv] [PATCH] New look for the backend status page

Hello Development,

  here it comes.

  Started  out  when  I  was  annoyed  that my browser didn't detect that it was
  Unicode.. I saw that the html was, well, in need of fixing.

  At the same time, I spiffed things up quite a bit.

  All  of  this  is  valid  XHTML 1.0 Strict. (the CSS uses one mozilla specific
  thingie, that's all)..

  Tell  me  what  you think about it. I haven't been able to test with more than
  one local encoder, and no slave backends.

  I  didn't  add  very  much new functionality, let me know if you've got a good
  suggestion for something.
