Well, I just checked out the CVS mythTV again with the new XvMC patches. I'm using XvMC now, and it is working fine. The segfaults that I originally reported with the backtrace are gone, and MythTV is running excellently.

I have to say that I'm quite impressed with how it is now working. The patch worked wonders. I can especially use the additional processing that XvMC provides, as I'm running a K6-3 450Mhz with 256MB RAM. My processor usage has gone from 85% to 35%. Anyways, thanks very much for the patch Steve.
