[mythtv] Aspect Change problems

Just a datapoint: I see this same type of problem (showing a future  
frame in a regular pattern) with HDTV programs as well, though it seems  
to be maybe once a second for HDTV.

I had a thought that it was a B frame being mistakenly displayed at its  
position in the stream rather than at its proper display position.
