[mythtv] Cutlist feature req: add new cutpoint instead of move

Hello,
#1 - great work everyone involved on mythtv and associated modules, esp. 
the mythweb one.

Would it be possible to add another option when cutpoints are being 
placed near an existing cutpoint?  Currently when you place a cutpoint 
near an existing one it asks if you want to move the existing one, 
delete the existing one, swap to left/right, or cancel.  What if the 
user (me for example :-)) has a really short video clip they want 
isolated (~5-10s).  How about adding the option "place new cut point" if 
you don't want to move the existing cutpoints.

Likewise, if anyone knows of alternative way to fool myth into placing 
two cutpoints really close together that would useful also.
