Just done some bugfixes to the Bayesian analyser.

I don't think this will fix the problems that people have reported to me, 
but it does fix some quite serious problems.  It also makes the SQL 
lookups blazingly fast compared to what they were (I had forgotten to set 
the primary key in the bayeshistory DB).

* Fixed bug that would've prevented learning programs that have already 
  been seen in the program listings.
* There was no primary key in the bayeshistory table. You need to --reinit 
  I'm afraid. This also makes the SQL queries made while learning way more 
  efficient.
