[mythtv] Transcoder can not find codec (mythtv version 0.12)

You didn't configure the transcoder.  Make sure to go to 'Setup->TV
Settings->Recording Profiles->Transcoders' and set the necessary info for
RTJpeg/MPEG4 or MPEG2 depending on your encoder card.
