[mythtv] [PATCH] KernelDeint + filter updates

Here's a bugfix patch to apply over the previous one.  YV12->YV12 filtering 
now works, so you can use kerneldeint as a playback filter.  It will need to 
be the first filter specified.  Interesting side note, while some info from 
mplayer lists had led me to expect chroma ghosting, I found chroma combing 
when I tested.  If you have a bttv card and try this filter for playback, you 
may or may not need to set the second parameter to 1.  Try it with 1 first, 
and switch to 0 if you still see chroma-only combing effects.
