[mythtv] Auto-transcoding

I have just tried turning on the auto transcoding option and I'm having 
some problems (version 0.12)...  The mythbackend log shows:

2003-11-10 02:52:01 Found changes in the todo list.
2003-11-10 07:07:28 Transcoding from 
/mnt/store/video/109_20031109235500_20031110011000.nuv to 
/mnt/store/video/109_20031109235500_20031110011000.nuv.tmp

So as you can see, it made 2 recordings at night, but didn't actually 
start transcoding them until 07:07 morning.  Why didn't it start 
transcoding immediately?
