[mythtv] Unautomatic Database Updating

The past few builds I've done, I've noticed that I've had to look in the
sourcecode to create new tables and fields, though this is supposed to be
happening automatically.

The first time, I got wise and noticed that I only had given the myth user
permission to work within the existing database structure, so I fixed that,
but today's build, for example, required that I dig the recordoverride table
definition out of the source code and create it myself.

Oh, such a hardship!

Any ideas?

BTW, Myth's log says only that it can't execute queries against these new
tables and fields; it hasn't griped about any inability to create new tables
or fields, yet.
