I'm getting a similar problem (Australia and Nova-T card). All channels are
qam_64, but I get the stuttering video and audio on only two channels. With
these two channels its the same situation as described above - changing to
the channel results in stuttering, going directly to the channel fixes that,
but the lip-synching is way off.
