[mythtv] Caller ID

Ok, I've updated to CVS in order to test this and it works fine for me. Here
is a silly question - you do realize that the mythnotify only works when you
are either watching live TV or watching a recording, right?

My 'lsof -i' output was the same as your below when I wasn't watching tv.

After I started viewing some recorded material my system reports:
mythbacke 4578  mythtv   12u  IPv4   9878       TCP *:6543 (LISTEN)
mythbacke 4578  mythtv   13u  IPv4   9879       TCP *:6544 (LISTEN)
mythfront 4596  mythtv   14u  IPv4  10302       UDP *:6948

Lastly, at least for me, it works for both the default 'blue' theme and the
'liquid' theme.
