I just noticed. I recognise all of the messages in this trace except the above 
one, which I do not receive. Your frequency setting is the same as one of mine 
(The Crystal Palace ITV mux). Does the linuxtv 'scan' tool tune your card 
correctly without error messages?

^^^^ Then I noticed this. I found that I MUST specify inversion "off" (ie. 
zero) for all Crystal Palace, UK channels or I got tuning errors.
