[mythtv] [PATCH] New buttondef for Music Scan in MythMusic

Hello mythtv-dev,

  Another  patch in preperation for the theme I'm working on. Attached is also a
  patch for the Blue theme.

  It adds a new buttondef:

  <buttondef name="MUSIC_SCAN">

  
  So, once again, Attention theme authors! You need to update your themes with a
  new button that would look something like this:

  <buttondef name="MUSIC_SCAN">
    <image>text-blank.png</image>
    <watermarkimage>watermark/refresh.png</watermarkimage>
    <offset>0,0</offset>
  </buttondef>
