[mythtv] [PATCH] mythweb Profile Groups

That's the whole point of profile groups. the user has no say in which
group gets used, and seo he can't select a specific group for a given
recording. Profile groups are selected automatically based on the card
that is used to record and the backend which the recording happens on.
user defined groups just allow the user to override the default behaviour
for a given backend (as I wrote in the doc, user-defined profile-groups
make no sense for a single backend system).

So the mythweb code as it is today works the way it is supposed to.
there should be no additional switches needed for profile selection.
