Only thing that I can think of is if there was just a way for NuppelVideoPlayer
to know whether the decoder in-use could supply raw frames.  Then it could be
checked inside NuppelVideoPlayer instead of going through
SkipCommercialsByBlanks() when a hardware decoder was in use.
