[mythtv] Via EPIA M as a frontend, seperating the databases

minimyth-0.2 supports the Via CLE266 drivers (including HW MPEG2 decoder
support).  More precisely, Via have ported their CLE266 drivers to
minimyth (and they are included in my distribution).
