[mythtv] mythweather i18n: de

Hi list,

I made an i18n in German for mythweather. Most of the translations
should be ok but I don't know if the formating is correct in every case.
If I find problems, I'll fix them and send a new patch (please feel free
to report any problems that you might encounter).

Enclosed you can find the patch for today's CVS. I've also included
mythweather_de.qm (generated with lrelease mythweather_de.ts).

Any comments are welcome.
