[mythtv] 'unintentional feature'

My expectation, since I have only one tuner, would be to have it ask me
what to do: continue watching Live TV or record the event.  The thing
that threw me was that I had paused Live TV (to make popcorn) when it
'inexplicably' changed channels and un-paused.
