How about not showing the "No cover art available" image if there is no
cover art available, and instead showing nothing at all?  If the video
list section will end up somewhat like the previous version of MythVideo,
and by that I mean it will navigate a directory structure already on the
disk, not a flat list like it is now, then ignoring cover art if it is not
there would make it almost exactly like the previous MythVideo by default,
then allow you to add the covert art from IMDB.com if you want, right?

Would this be a good idea?  At least this way there wouldn't be two
versions laying around.  Again, like all my suggestions, Id be happy to
code it if you want.
