[mythtv] NuppelVideoPlayer::CloseFile

Well, here's something kind of interesting: NuppelVideoPlayer::CloseFile
has a prototype, but no implementation. This is according to a CVS
update from May 20, so it's pretty recent.

Is this a deliberate choice? Should I not be concerned? Or is this
something which will be fixed RSN? I only found it because mythrecode
would use it during the cleanup stages, and I wanted to make sure it was
cleaned up properly.
