[mythtv] QMutex and mythcontext

Time to show off some ignorance here. I've never been a Qt programmer,
so I've got some sort of mild excuse for this, at least.

Here's the problem: I've got the latest CVS of mythtv, and am trying to
compile my mythrecode against it so that I can fix some of the problems
I'm encountering with mencoder. My errors are as follows:

So, would somebody mind helping me to fix this, even if only by pointing
me to some relevnt documentation (which I don't seem to be finding on
Google right now)? Note that build of mythtv itself went smoothly, no
errors, etc. It's only me trying to use some of the mythtv code that is
causing this problem.
