Ahhh browsing CVSWeb it looks like you have.   That's unusual, I did a 
cvs update Sunday and didn't get the changes.  Ummm oops looks like I 
forgot to do a cvs login (I'm used to cvs access over ssh).  Rebuilding 
now and we'll see how I run completely without the Transcoding thread.
