[mythtv] MythTV-CVS Gentoo Ebuild

I have ebuilds for almost all the myth tools now (mythtv mythmusic
mythvideo mythweb). I need to get a couple things "generalized" and 
complete the modules for mythgallery and mythweather (at least) and I
will be posting them..


I hope to get it done in the next day or two.. been pretty busy of late.
