Well, first of all, it's saying it's not able to use Xv for video output -- 
this will make things, well, very, very slow.  According to 
http://xbox-linux.sourceforge.net/faq.php there is a xfree driver which does 
support Xv.  Might be worth your time to get that working, instead.
