[mythtv] pvr250 and ringbuffer

I've noticed that live video playback freezes on my pvr250 when it's
ringbuffer hits the set size limit, 3 gig in this case. I'm forced to
unload/reload ivtv and bounce mythbackend.

I thought I remembered some previous posts about this, but I'm unable to
now find them. If this is still a known issue, just tell me to shut up.
;) This is a cvs checkout from Sunday, btw.
