[mythtv] PATCH: enhanced closed caption support

We could do that, especially for roll-up captions, but but the pop-on
closed captions contain positioning info that is designed to avoid
obscuring parts of the scene thew user needs to see (faces, gestures,
other captions, etc), indicating who is speaking, etc. Of course we
could ignore this info, but doing so would be bad in my opinion.

Roll-up captions are typically used when the captioning is done realtime
(news, sports, live or unscripted), and usually contains minimal or no
positioning info. putting these in a nice osd type container would be
appropriate, especially if it was semi-transparent.

I am trying to make the captions as standard as possible, once that is
done I may consider enhancements like this. More likely I will find some
other part of MythTv that I think needs work and move on to that.

Here is a link to the FAQ that tought me almost all I know about closed
captioning. If you're interested I suggest you take a lok at it.
