[mythtv] Some bugs, suggestions

I think this is one case where we have to many key bindings.  It's just 
personnal preference, but I would think that m would bring up the EPG.  If you 
wanted to leave the EPG you would use the ESC, if you wanted to change to 
that channel  you select it and press enter.  This would make it work more like 
the TV remotes I've seen "m" Menu button, "esc" Quite/Exit button, and "enter" 
Enter/OK button.   
 
I started looking through the source last night so I could set it up to work this 
way for my install.  Unfortunately  I have next to no c++, and the last time I 
coded in any flavor of c was on a QNX box using phab.
