[mythtv] Coding standard?

Is there a coding standard specifying the desired coding rules and
regulations which must be adhered to (in an ideal world)?

I can't see a "hacking" document in the source tree...

I've noticed a mix of tabs and spaces, bracing styles etc etc. Please could
somebody point me at a file that says "this is the way it must be"?
