[mythtv] 2 tv cards and selecting the correct /dev/dsp deviceinsetup

Well, I got back to it this morning. I unloaded the btaudio module and
setup ran fine. So, I don't know. I'll have more time to look into it
this weekend.

I did all of the testing as non-root, so obviously it works for me.
Where
does it segfault (in the code)?
