[mythtv] Always change channel before scheduled recording

Hi everyone,

I'm using an external grabber for my epg-data (nxtvepg), because the 
output of tv_grab_de is rather unhelpful (at least last time I tried 
it). Nxtvepg is running as a background daemon and is grabbing the epg 
data submitted by 3 tv-stations. The programm isn't touching the 
video-device as long as any other process is using/wants to use it but 
it does change channels in between when necessary.

Since mythtv doesn`t seem to recognize if nxtvepg changed the channel 
this may lead to the problem that the wrong channel may be recorded for 
scheduled recordings. Maybe some other users of mythtv would like to use 
similar programs as well so the question is:

Would it do any harm to other features if mythtv would (re)set the 
channel before recording, even if it thinks the card is already tuned to 
that channel?

'would make things a lot easier for me :-)
