It's completely intuitive if you have a Tivo.  I'm not saying that
either way is right or wrong, but it's what I'm used to.

I think a config option would be better than additional keys bindings.
I can do that, but only if there's a reasonable chance Isaac would
accept it.  Otherwise, I'll jsut keep my change local.
