[mythtv] MythLauncher

I don't know if I am the only one not likeing the current mythvideo and
still loving the old one. Following Isaac advice, I simply renamed mythvideo
in mythlauncher.
I made few code modifications, turned off debug in video-ui and start
execing at m_level=2 to get rid of excessive start delay (maybe some code
has to be throw away, I'll investigate further in the future)
