[mythtv] mythweb patch - Rank, autoexpire, record duplicates etc

Hi, this patch add's a rank box and checkboxes for autoexpire, record
duplicates and the other new options from the record page.
It also changes the different recording functions into just one function, as
it was pointless having four functions when you could have one.
