Yes, this is still there.



With this patch you can either disable the offsetcalculation, you can set it 
to 'Auto' or you can overide your timezone manually.

For the credits:
Many thanks to Stefan Frank (sfr) who had the idea and who implemented a first 
patch for this. I improved his patch so that it is now configurable and 
additionally I moved the calculation out of the function that is called over 
and over again.
