[mythtv] re: video scaling

Just for anyone else's information, the TNT2 Ultra cannot downscale video 
correctly, so if used in a mythtv box the video preview window in the epg 
will be cropped rather than scaled.  I swapped out mine for a geforce 2 
and it now scales correctly.
