[mythtv] [PATCH] category colours for channels grabbed with

Hi,
I have attached a patch that adds colours to the majority of the
categories used by the tv_grab_uk provider, so now the epg doesnt look
boring only brightening for the odd documentary or comedy :)
This patch is for ui.xml in the themes/blue directory...I don;t use any
other theme so haven't patched those.
