If we are talking about MPEG2 stream, yes, realistic. But we are not,
we're in DVB. And from what I can recall (shoot me in my left leg if I'm
wrong),
there are restrictions in the DVB standard, that limits the possibilities
to:
768x576, 720x576 (PALS/50) and 768x480, 720x480 (NTSCS/60)

So if we upscale the stream to max PAL/NTSC, whatever the user has??
