By the way, this would be a really good time for anyone using the
transcoder (MythMkMovie people for instance) to test and make sure I
didn't break anything for them.
Also, as a side note, even when the reencoder is only processing the
cutlist and isn't doing any other conversion, the transcode will only go
as fast as the decoder can run, because we currently decode every frame
regardless of whether we need the decoded data. I plan to fix that soon
too, but just FYI.
