[mythtv] [Patch] more LiveTV fixes

Fixed potential deadlocks if LiveTV is selected and next 
recording starts < 30 seconds (No style points here, just a 
quick fix for now.) Started making the handleStateChange()
functions thread-safe for some future changes.
