[mythtv] *New* [APP/patch] MythChannels

I'm not bothering anybody. If you don't want/can't use a preview, the app
will still work for you.

It's not just a matter of the delay, it's also about cotrolling the object
itself. It only works if the data has been already stored in the database
etc.
If you can point me a way for doing this, I'll take a look, right now simply
I don't know.
