[mythtv] *New* [APP/patch] MythChannels

Be smart, give a short clue of how to get live stream tv skipping the
recording stuff with the built-in player. I'm don't know that. That will
save me a lot of time.
In the meantime, what about simply taking out the mplayer stuff?
